1.- HOW DO WE STUDY POPULATION?
Population is the number of inhabitants that live in a place.
There are two ways to get information about population.
The MUNICIPAL REGISTER is a list of inhabitants of a municipality. It is updated every year.
The CENSUS also includes information about age, gender, work, education, type of house, etc. The CENSUS is done every 10 years.
To study population we divide the information we have into different categories.
